Production area
Our company is situated within the “typical area” of Parma ham production: an extremely limited area, that includes the territory of the province of Parma, south of via Emilia, at a distance of at least 5 Km from it, up to an altitude of 900 metres, delimited to the east by the Enza river and to the west by the Stirone stream. We are located in Pastorello, a little village on the first hills of the town of Langhirano. On these hills, the ecosystem and the microclimate are ideal for the maturation of our hams. It is possible here, and only here, to produce Leporati ham.
